Thanks for your interest in Community & Child Rehabilitation Services LLC (CCRSLLC). In the last 10 years, we noted an absolute need for agencies to work with families with disabilities. It became clear to us to join in providing services that would bridge the need gap for families. We are a contracted vendor or agency with the Arizona State Department of Disability in the last 6 months. We offer state-wide services to community members who have disabilities such as: Cerebral palsy, Seizure, intellectual disability, and autism. Sometimes a member may be on medication or behavioral modification due to having certain behaviors. Our services are provided on a case-by-case basis. We hire people for attendant care, habilitation services, supported living, homemaker care, respite care (hourly or daily), non-emergency transportation, group home caregivers, and day program staff. We typically require a First Aid card, CPR certification, fingerprint clearance card, Article #9, a valid driver’s license, a Direct Care Worker (DCW) certificate, and Prevention and Support certification.
